Delivery For plain orders of 3 garments or less, please allow
3-5 working days for delivery. For plain orders of 4 garments
or more please allow a minimum of 48 hours for delivery. A signature
will be required. For embroidered or printed orders please allow
a maximum of 21 days for delivery.
Once your order has been decorated we can offer a next working
day delivery service, a signature will be required. EU and ROW
services are also available, charges will vary according to
the delivery destination and a signature may be required on
delivery of your items. All shortages, damages or non delivery
must be notified to us by telephone within five working days.
Goods despatched to a third party at the customers request are
entirely at the customers own risk.
Returns
We are happy to exchange or issue a refund for any plain items
that are not completely satisfactory, provided they are returned
within 14 days as new and packaged as they were received. Please
note garments that are decorated or personalised in any way
(eg, name or company logo) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
